1. Seller

2. Nature of Business

The online store luftko.si is a sales channel for ventilation, air quality, and HVAC products.

The seller does not provide installation or fitting services.

3. Product Information

All information provided on the website (descriptions, images, technical data) is for informational purposes only.

The seller strives to ensure accuracy but is not responsible for possible errors or deviations.

Product images are symbolic.

4. Stock Availability and Delivery

Products may not necessarily be in stock in the seller’s own warehouse and may be supplied directly from suppliers.

Stock availability and delivery times are informative only.

In case of unavailability or delivery delays, the customer will be informed and may cancel the order.

5. Prices

All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT.

The seller reserves the right to change prices.

For confirmed orders, the prices valid at the time of order placement apply.

6. Ordering Process

Submitting an order represents an offer by the customer.

The contract is concluded once the seller confirms the order.

The seller reserves the right to reject an order (e.g., pricing error, product unavailability).

7. Payment Methods

8. Delivery

Delivery times are informative and depend on suppliers and logistics providers.

The seller is not responsible for delays outside its direct control.

9. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

10. Product Returns

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

11. Non-Conformity of Goods

The seller is liable for product non-conformity in accordance with applicable legislation.

The customer must report defects within 2 months of discovering them.

12. Warranty

Warranty is provided by the manufacturer if stated with the product.

13. Limitation of Liability

The seller is not responsible for:

• incorrect installation,
• improper use,
• unprofessional fitting or assembly.

14. Disclaimer

The seller strives to provide accurate information; however, product specifications, prices, or availability may change.

In such cases, the customer will be informed and given the option to cancel the order.

15. Personal Data Protection

Personal data is processed exclusively for order fulfillment and communication with the customer.

16. Complaints and Disputes

The provider complies with applicable consumer protection legislation, and all relationships between the customer and the seller are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

The provider understands that a key characteristic of consumer disputes, especially regarding judicial resolution, is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute. This is also the main obstacle preventing consumers from pursuing disputes before the courts. Therefore, the provider strives to resolve any disputes amicably whenever possible.

If a consumer submits a complaint directly to the provider and the complaint is not resolved through the provider’s internal complaint handling procedures, the provider will send this information to the consumer on a durable medium together with the reasons for rejecting the complaint. This decision of the provider is final and the internal complaint procedure is considered concluded.

If the customer is not satisfied with the resolution of the complaint, they may initiate legal proceedings before the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia.

The provider does not recognize any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider under the Slovenian Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (ZIsRPS), unless otherwise required by law.

17. Final Provisions

The laws of the Republic of Slovenia apply.

The seller reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
